We are looking for high‑potential IT graduates who want to start their career in an environment that combines engineering excellence and test automation including AI‑assisted practices, next to 24x5.5 near zero downtime operations.

This is not a typical trainee program.

It is a 12‑month, hands‑on graduate journey into the heart of Deutsche Börse Group’s trading technology. You will join a dedicated Junior Class of talented graduates in Eschborn and Prague, working side by side with experienced engineers. From day one, you’ll build practical skills and take real responsibility while developing technology that powers high‑performance, mission‑critical systems used by global financial markets.
