Opportunity Description
- Manage, coach, and develop one or several IT application teams.
- Ensure team engagement, performance, and skills development.
- Actively support organizational, process, and technology changes.
- Ensure teams and stakeholders adopt new ways of working, tools, and solutions.
- Anticipate resistance to change and implement mitigation actions.
- Serve as a trusted, hands-on partner to the Head of Applications.
- Translate strategic roadmaps and objectives into operational execution.
- Proven experience in IT team management within an applications or delivery environment.
- Solid experience in project management and change management.
- Good understanding of application lifecycle management and IT delivery models.
- Experience acting as a bridge between strategy and execution is a strong asset.
