IT Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to oversee critical systems, data operations, and infrastructure management while supporting our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage NES & PnP SCADA data systems
• Server performance monitoring and upgrade evaluations
• RACI framework maintenance and updates
• Provision and configure meters, modems, genmons, and DC equipment
• Azure/Entra ID user and computer management
• Website management (Squarespace platform)
• LinkedIn and social media platform oversight
• Generate reports: UMFA, Diesel, Billing, and billing team support
• Daily data integrity checks and validation
• General IT support for office staff

Required Skills
