IT Operations Manager - Urgently needed

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Equivalent hands‑on experience

• 1–4 years experience in IT support, IT operations, or infrastructure support
• Are comfortable working in a ticketing / ITSM environment

Duties

• Managing and resolving IT support tickets (onsite and remote)
• Providing first- and second-line IT support to users
• Supporting laptops, desktops, networks, and cloud-based systems
• Assisting with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Managing user access via Active Directory / Azure AD
• Responding to IT incidents and outages with speed of execution
• Escalating and coordinating with vendors or senior engineers when required
• Documenting issues, fixes, and procedures clearly.
