Scope
- End-to-end IT procurement across hardware, software, cloud, and services
- Driving cost savings through strategic sourcing and TCO analysis
- Leading RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations
- Managing vendor performance, SLAs, and contract lifecycle (AMC/AMS)
