IT Procurement Specialist (IT, IoT & Digital Solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service‑level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and value.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract management.
• Conduct sourcing activities, obtain competitive quotes, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with internal policies and approval matrices.
• Support contract and price negotiations to achieve cost savings and value improvements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, lead times, and supplier data within systems.
