IT Project Manager

Job Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with standard project and Agile/Scrum practices, and owning project execution of initiatives in supporting the IT strategic roadmap. The Project Manager works with a Product Manager and other business stakeholders to determine scope and priorities, plan budget, manage expectations, regularly report project and team progress, and coordinate project delivery across the enterprise, utilizing the portfolio management methodology, framework, and governance. This role provides initiative/project status and conducts monthly steering team meetings to manage the project, implementation, and support. Provides servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching agile team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement.
