IT Project & Product Manager - Energy Sector

At Astek we are looking for an IT Project & Product Manager to join a dynamic and innovative environment within the energy sector , supporting real-time operations, renewable energy activities, and data-driven transformation.



You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision.



Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)

Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end

Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments

Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams

Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices



4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
