IT Project Specialist

The IT Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects within the Syracuse University ITS Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team. Working under the direction of EAS leadership, this role will assist with project documentation, schedule tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting across a portfolio of small to medium-sized IT initiatives. Projects may include software upgrades, new module implementations, and operational process improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop project management skills in a higher education IT environment.
