IT Recruiter: End-to-End Hiring & Stakeholder Impact

PM Consulting in Metro Manila is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to manage full-cycle recruitment activities. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive recruiter experience while meeting productivity targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience and strong communication skills, demonstrating ownership and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday to Friday schedule.
