Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including ERP/SAP, Microsoft 365, Windows servers (Wintel), network, and security systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Email, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Manage servers, firewalls, VPNs, email security, and endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors on troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Support IT security initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and continuous process improvement.
- Explore and support AI enabled automation, including AI agents and autonomous task execution where applicable.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 3.0 from recognized universities.
