IT Server Conversion Technician (3rd Shift Roles Only)

Shift / Schedule: (3rd shift and 4 by 10s)
This team will be working Overnight Monday-Thursday from 12:30am-11:30am or 2:30am-1:30pm, with an hour unpaid lunch, with each person expected to convert 3 onsite locations a night (conversions are estimated to take 3 hours).
The IT Conversion Technician is responsible for executing server conversions for end-user locations by following documented conversion walkthrough procedures. This role performs detailed pre‑conversion readiness checks, executes server host swaps and data migrations, validates encryption, configures software and hardware components, performs post‑conversion testing with stores, and completes all required documentation. The technician is also responsible for troubleshooting issues during conversions and coordinating escalations or rollbacks when required.
This role performs hands‑on technical execution and works directly with store contacts during live conversions.
