Opportunity Description
SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I for a remote opportunity with possible occasional travel in the Pensacola, FL area. Candidate will provide first-level IT support for end users in a primarily remote environment while occasionally traveling to regional office locations for onsite technical assistance. This role requires a strong customer-service mindset, professional communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced support setting.
