We are hiring an experienced IT Service Desk professional to provide technical support for an international account. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft-related issues while delivering excellent customer support.
Salary: Up to 40k + 20% Night Pay | HMO on Day 1 + 1 Free Dependent

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of total ITSD experience (must be from an international account)
- Strong communication skills — good to excellent English proficiency
- Educational Background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum); Senior High School Graduate; Associate Graduate (2 years); College Graduate — must be able to present a diploma
