IT Service Manager, Network Security

We are looking for a forward‑thinking IT Service Manager, Network Security to lead and optimize IT services that empower our global teams.

Hybrid role based at our HQ in Espoo, Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and take full responsibility for Network Security services within our IT Operations and Infrastructure domain and ensure high performance from offshore service provider.
• Manage the end‑to‑end service and technology lifecycle, from design and implementation to support and continuous improvement.
• Own and drive IT service roadmap (rolling 18‑24 months) and activity tracking aligned with the roadmap.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Drive IT service management and governance meetings (technical and tactical), clear KPIs and escalation.
