Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead IT projects and change requests from initial business requirements gathering (BRS/CRF) through to vendor/developer coordination, system configuration, testing, and closure.
• Continual Service Improvement (CSI): Partner closely with Finance, Treasury, and HR leaders to assess current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive a culture of automation and optimization.
• Change Enablement: Log and manage all system changes within our Change Management framework prior to production deployment to minimize risk and ensure stability.
