IT Specialist for Technical Solutions

In this position, you'll maintain and monitor software systems and network operations. You'll engage in ticket management, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to participate in store visits for hands-on support, in addition to collaborating with various teams to implement new solutions and document processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure software and computer systems
