Job Scope

• Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer.
• Maintain server for Dormitory Management System.
• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.
• Setup and maintain wireless devices.
• Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.
• Monitoring and maintaining spam.
• Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server.
• Monitoring and managing switches and network appliances.
• Ad-hoc job or project.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking.
