IT Support Analyst

Robert Half are working to recruit for an IT Support Analyst to join a team based in Manchester.

An overview of the role is as follows below:

• Providing 1^st and 2^nd Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution
• Escalating upwards to 3^rd line where necessary
• Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases
• A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships
