Opportunity Description
Itcan Pte. Limited is seeking an individual to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in Singapore. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with desktops, laptops, and network connectivity, as well as managing user accounts and logging incidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate complex issues as needed.
