Opportunity Description
IT Support Engineer - Permanent - London (hybrid) - £35,000
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing company. Based from their London office, you will be needed onsite 3-4 days a week.
You will responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support to employees across the company, supporting in areas such as;
- Mobile, Telephone/VoIP support
- AV & video conference equipment support
- Source & configure hardware for new employees
- Network support
What they are looking for:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role and at a 2nd line level
- Experience of network support would be advantageous
