Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktop and laptop hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, repair, and basic maintenance
- Support common workstation applications such as Microsoft Office, antivirus software, Adobe Acrobat, and compression utilities
- Perform first-level network troubleshooting, including wireless connectivity and VoIP phone support
- Set up and prepare new workstations for users, including operating system and software installation
- Manage user administration tasks such as user ID creation, email account setup, and password resets
- Assist in POS software staging, configuration, and testing
- Support POS system deployment, rollout, upgrades, and replacements at islandwide retail outlets
- Perform basic hardware installation, setup, and troubleshooting for POS machines
