Job Title: IT Support Executive
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East
The Opportunity:- Hands-on IT support role covering users, desktops, laptops, printers and basic infrastructure support
- Suitable for candidates with desktop support experience and exposure to Microsoft 365 / Windows Server environments
- Good fit for candidates looking to grow from helpdesk & desktop support into broader IT infrastructure support
- Provide local and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, copiers and related devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network access and application issues
- Set up and configure computers, user accounts, email accounts, printers and standard applications
- Support Windows desktop environments and basic Mac OS issues where required
