Job Description
- Provide daily IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, email systems, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity problems.
- Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required.
- Administer user accounts, passwords, and access rights for staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain cloud storage systems and ensure proper organization and accessibility of company data.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks, and data backup procedures.
- Assist in IT projects such as system setup, testing, deployment, migration, and user support.
