IT Support Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in logging and tracking IT incidents and service requests via the Jira ITSM system.
• Provide basic technical support for users under the supervision of IT Executives, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help document recurring incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Learn to manage tickets, prioritize issues, and maintain SLA compliance.

Hardware, Network, and System Support

• Support the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops, printers, and meeting room VC equipment (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi‑Fi, connectivity, and access issues).
• Participate in system monitoring and help update documentation for infrastructure changes.
