IT SUPPORT / NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues (hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices). Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of tickets. Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes including account creation, access rights, and hardware setup.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/VPN). Administer servers running Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and manage Active Directory , Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP.
