Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both onsite and remotely.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
- Support the setup and maintenance of company accounts, email, and user access rights.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.
- Document incidents, solutions, and processes for future reference.
- Coordinate with external vendors or higher-level IT staff for unresolved technical issues.
- Provide training and guidance to users on basic IT practices and tools.
- Assist in inventory management of IT assets (hardware, software licenses).
