Key Responsibilities Technical Support- Provide first-level support for hardware, software and networking issues.
- Diagnose and resolve user problems via phone, email, remote tools or on-site.
- Log and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
- Manage software installations, updates and patches.
- Ensure all devices meet security and performance standards.
