Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract position with a Major Energy Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This position serves as the first-line responder for resolving technical end-user issues. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, exhibiting a strong sense of urgency and providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on a first-call resolution model to resolve customer issues during the initial interaction.
Responsibilities:
