IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) – Onsite

A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands‑on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.

Key Focus Areas:

• Advanced desktop, server, and network support
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization deployments
• IT project implementation: onboarding, configuration, and tool rollout
• ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk, release, and configuration management
• Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation
• Professional client support and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ technical support and field experience
• CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900)
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
