IT TECH SUPPORT

• Permanent, full-time position (38 hours/week)

• $80,000–$85,000 per year + superannuation

• Based at one of 18 Cessnock region stores; some travel to sites required

We seek an IT Tech Support professional to maintain and troubleshoot POS systems and EFTPOS terminals, including afterhours and weekends. Duties include liaising with providers, managing promotional and product files, integrating configurations, updating data and images on POS/VDMS, and upgrading OS/hardware.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT

• At least 2 year’s service station experience with Impulse POS systems (RS and new)

• Familiarity with VDMS machines

• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to use SQL queries for data amendments
