Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mall or commercial property systems (CCTV, access control, building management systems)
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and security management.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and update documentation for support processes.
- Train users on new technologies and software.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve systems performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
