Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Monitor internet connectivity across all showrooms.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.
- Ensure stable internet and CCTV operations at all showroom locations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers or vendors when issues arise.
- Provide technical support when needed.
- Contact showrooms to verify and resolve technical issues with internet connectivity and CCTV equipment.
- Information Security Operation System Backup and Recovery System Monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and internet monitoring.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
