IT Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Monitor internet connectivity across all showrooms.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.
• Ensure stable internet and CCTV operations at all showroom locations.
• Coordinate with internet service providers or vendors when issues arise.
• Provide technical support when needed.
• Contact showrooms to verify and resolve technical issues with internet connectivity and CCTV equipment.
• Information Security Operation System Backup and Recovery System Monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and internet monitoring.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
