Job Description

• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware/software, and solving issues.
• System Security: Ensure data security through antivirus protection, managing backups, and implementing access controls.
• User Management: Set up new user accounts, manage profiles, and resolve password issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inventory records for IT assets, document network configurations, and create reports for management.
• System Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for upgrades or improved efficiency.
