IT Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment, installation, and configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues; replace defective components as needed.
• Identify and resolve system and network issues, including both hardware and software faults.
• Conduct regular maintenance and system checks on computers and laptops.
• Attends assigned tickets and provide immediate support
• Performs other relevant task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• Work experience as an IT support assistant, but not required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
