Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment, installation, and configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues; replace defective components as needed.
- Identify and resolve system and network issues, including both hardware and software faults.
- Conduct regular maintenance and system checks on computers and laptops.
- Attends assigned tickets and provide immediate support
- Performs other relevant task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- Work experience as an IT support assistant, but not required.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
