• Support and development of CRM / ERP environments
• Implementation of BI tools
• Development of software applications for project management
• VBA programming
• Resolving queries and issues, providing training, preparing manuals, and implementing improvements in the ERP
• Developing tools to manage projects and tasks
• Improving client area operations
• Developing BI tools to enhance management and commercial control
• Exploiting the CRM for reporting and dashboards

Qualifications

• Residence in the Santiago / Pontevedra area
• Qualification in Computer Systems and Networks or similar
• Previous experience in CRM and ERP management and support
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database...
