A well-known Global ICT leader which delivers solutions and services to the MNC, is now looking for a ITO Architect to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Develop a service proposal for the ITO opportunities which will cover Service Desk, Server Management, Data Center Management, Problem and Change Management and Transition
Understand client’s requirement and work with solution internal delivery teams and/or third parties services providers to meet client’s requirement
Determine the cost model and resource plan to deliver the solution
Prepare the proposal, statement of work, RFP response, and contract
Lead the team to develop the delivery and operating model and transition plan
Take lead to negotiate with client on service scope, service level agreement and deliverable.Requirements
