About the Role

As a Java Lead Engineer you will drive technical direction, mentor and empower your team, and collaborate across squads to deliver robust, scalable solutions for the CSG Quote & Order product. This role sits within a team that designs and develops capabilities specifically for the Banking and Financial Services vertical using CSG's CPQ and order management platform.

Responsibilities

• Help shape our technical roadmap, aligning system architecture and development priorities with long‑term business goals.
• Write and review code, ensuring 25% of your time is devoted to research and development projects.
• Champion clean, efficient code by providing thoughtful pull‑request feedback and holding the team to high standards.
