JDE Support Manager - Permanent - DURBAN / JHB Salary up to R 45 000 + R 8620 Car Allowance + Ben

Introduction

Our client, a manufacturing company with offices in Durban & JHB, is looking for an experienced JDE Support Manager. (Can be based in either location, but preferably Durban)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Providing system and end user support for business systems, especially JDEdwards and related business applications.
2. Monitor business systems to ensure these are operating optimally.
3. Provide proactive and reactive support on JDEdwards and related business systems.
4. Prepare training material and deliver training to end users for JDEdwards and related business systems.
5. Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvements to processes and systems.
6. Ability to manage small projects.
7. Initially the role will focus on materials management and procurement; thereafter the role will be to provide support for all JDE modules and related business systems.
