Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence to customers, assess needs, and generate solutions.
• Focus on meeting sales objectives.
• Open and close sales summary, including counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash, and completing banking.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process cash or credit payments.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
