Job Description

We are looking for a JIRA and Service Now administrator to join our IT team and support our cloud-based project management and service management platforms. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting JIRA and Service Now instances, as well as creating custom workflows, fields, reports, and integrations.

You will also work closely with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure that the platforms meet their needs and expectations.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in JIRA and Service Now
• Create, modify, and optimize projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and fields in JIRA and Service Now
