**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
Under directive supervision, with limited latitude for planning or laying out of working details, must know, understand, and be willing and able to apply all
applicable Company construction specifications in order to perform high and low voltage line work involved in the construction and maintenance of
electric transmission, underground and distribution dead or energized conductors, structures and equipment, and be qualified to do the following and
related work as assigned:
1. Use hot line tools.
2. Work on all types of conductors.
3. Install all types of transformer installations, make tap changes and install primary metering equipment.
4. Locate trouble and restore service on all classes of lines, substations, sectionalizing equipment, etc.
