What You’ll Do

• Human Resources Function:
  • Legal Compliance: Understand, interpret and support compliance with employment legislative requirements including Health & Safety, Employment Standards, Human Rights, etc.
  • Performance and Attendance Management: Coordinate the performance and attendance management cycle, provide expertise and support on discipline and legal requirements, prepare corrective discipline letters and coordinate meetings.
  • Recruitment: Attract and secure qualified personnel, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, partner with TA, support onboarding, coordinate compliance trainin...
