SpaceX is looking for passionate, experienced individuals looking to join our culinary team! The Jr. Sous Chef plays a crucial role in the culinary department by overseeing kitchen inventory, focusing on food preparation set up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Manage and monitor inventory levels and ingredients

+ Assist in establishing menu specifications

+ Maintain quality by ensuring products are prepared according to guidelines

+ Enforce food quality

+ Ensure the safety of the physical kitchen and café space

+ Assist with and distribute work schedules

+ Oversee front of house food preparation
