Junior Accountant

An Accounting Associate supports daily accounting operations by recording financial transactions, preparing basic reports, and assisting in maintaining accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support payroll processing and other routine accounting tasks
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues
