About the job Junior Application Manager
Contract position
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 3 years of experience as an application developer or computer programmer
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively with other departments.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reports is preferred.
- 3 years of experience with Application Development and/or IT Support preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the current Servest Business Systems
- Support continued day to day operations of current third-party applications
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, including Office with focus on Excel
- 1st and 2nd Line support of business systems resolve any reported problems.
- Facilitating incidents (between customer and 3rd party vendors)
