As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal services to our diverse client base, contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters
- Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Contributing to the development of client relationships and business development initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional legal services
