Junior Billing Coordinator

PRI Engineering is hiring a Junior Billing Coordinator to join our finance team in Kelowna. This is an ideal first role for a recent graduate, or someone with 1‑2 years of general business experience, who wants to build a career in corporate accounting at a growing engineering consulting firm.

What You'll Do

Procurement and subcontractor support

• Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and vendors, ensuring accurate scope, pricing, and project coding
• Support Project Managers in collecting and organizing subcontractor quotes for client proposals and active projects
• Track subcontractor commitments through to invoice receipt and onward billing to clients — the full procurement‑to‑billing loop

Billing support and processing

• Support the monthly billing cycle, ensuring internal deadlines are met
• Generate draft invoices and distribute them to Project Managers for review
