Overview

- Document as-is and to-be processes, including system interactions and dependencies
2. Requirements & Solution Design
- Gather and define functional and basic technical requirements
- Prepare user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Work with developers to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Assist in analyzing system integrations, APIs, and data structures
- Support identification of data requirements, mappings, and validation rules
- Help troubleshoot issues by analyzing system behavior and logs (basic level)
