As a Graduate Credit Analyst , you will undergo an intensive learning-by-doing journey. You will master the fundamentals of real estate risk, financial modeling, and AI-driven underwriting. Your mission is to provide the data-driven backbone for our lending decisions across commercial, residential, and specialized trading assets (like hotels and care homes).

1. Financial Analysis & Deal Sighting

• Fact-Finding: Learn to build Fact Packs for new deals—researching sponsors, assets, and market comparables.
• Metric Mastery: We will train you to calculate and interpret vital credit metrics: LTV (Loan-to-Value), ICR (Interest Coverage), and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage).
• Borrower Review: Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) to assess the financial health of borrowers and tenants.
